Simulated Continental, as per the founding PAPM, will operate under a Board like structure. This will give the airline something to fall back on and it will also give the airline a chain on command. In general, the BOD is major factor in every single decision made by the airline.

Currently, our PAPM has the following structure for our BOD:

• Chief Executive Officer
• Chief Operating Officer
• Chief Personnel Officer
• Chief Information Officer
• Pilot Representative
